Revinci Community Interest Company is dedicated to improving the STEM business environment in the UK.
We provide business, funding and career advice to everyone, but particularly people currently underrepresented in STEM.
We also research to help guide policy and methodology in community participation and STEM industries.

Our Experience
Claire Convallaria: 24 years' experience providing data-driven counsel in sustainability, business, and policy communications. Worked on GIS and tourism projects in Switzerland, Sweden and Sicily. Specialized in the rural economy, a trusted advisor at the intersection of data and strategy.
Thomas Convallaria: Experienced budget writer for the film industry and trained animator. Skilled in merging drawing talents with industry insights to guide impactful product designs. #STEAM
Jo Strachan-O’Donnell: Experienced leader in project management, dedicated to using business and management skills to empower communities. Social scientist with strong community experience in the North West.
Frank Webster: Entrepreneur with 13 yrs leadership in small business development. Expertise in business growth, sales management, and the intersection of legislation, government and business.
Chris Wadsworth: Seasoned environmental scientist with extensive corporate experience in safety, health, and environmental leadership roles across engineering and automotive sectors based out of the UK, USA and Belgium. Member of the International Institute of Risk and Safety Management
Our Experience
Mika Roberts: Biochemist turned podiatrist adept in risk analysis and cybersecurity. A dynamic professional securing health and digital landscapes. Experience working with non-profits and particularly CICs.
Tim Patmore: PRINCE2 qualified PMO Manager at Element Six, specializing in Synthetic Diamond and Tungsten Carbide projects. Enthusiastic about sustainability, experienced administrator and editor with a passion for UK Business.
Samuel Murray: Youth rep at Revinci. Home educated. Experienced volunteer with education groups, currently studying at the University of Dundee. Working as a University welcome guide greeting new students and prospective students.
Christina Carter: Experienced proposal manager with over a decade of success, leading global teams to industry-leading RFP win rates. Nominated for APMP awards globally, dedicated to smart, data-driven RFP success through efficiency, trust-building, and automation.
Ashley Parker: Accomplished Industrial Engineer & Program Manager with expertise in process optimization, Lean deployment, and project management. Passionate about continuous improvement. Based in Georgia, USA.
